How to use this guide: Search by enchantment name, item, action, or effect. Use the category buttons to narrow the list. Every card explains what the enchantment goes on, how the player triggers it, what happens, and how it can be obtained.
Current guide: 176 enchantments. Includes Pocket Dimension storage, Elytra/mount systems, pet bonds, archaeology/farming tools, strict item/book compatibility, the evil enchantments, and the latest Double/Triple Jump behavior. Removed enchantments such as Emerald Sovereign and Midnight Howl are not part of this guide.

🎮 Controls that matter

  • CTRL on ground: Monster Whisperer.
  • CTRL airborne: Aetherborne. Space flies up; Shift flies down; CTRL exits.
  • Double / Triple Jump: Jump → release Jump → press Jump again in midair. Level III allows one more release + Jump for the third jump.
  • Crouch + Jump: Voidstep.
  • Noclip: normal movement; hold Jump to rise and Shift/Crouch to descend through floors.
  • Pocket Dimension: press K while wearing the enchanted chestplate. The key can be rebound in Minecraft Controls.
  • Recall: while crouching, press F / Swap Hands to call your remembered Recall mount.
  • Homeward: sneak + right-click a Bed or Respawn Anchor with the enchanted compass to bind home.
  • Wayfinder: sneak + right-click a block with the enchanted compass to bind a waypoint.

🧩 Conflict & priority rules

  • Aetherborne temporarily owns airborne movement over Double Jump, Wallrunner, and Featherburst.
  • Lifebond will not activate while using an item/shield, holding Excavator II+, using Gravitation, or during Aetherborne flight/descent.
  • Deadeye ↔ Homing: incompatible.
  • Retrieval ↔ Phase Shot: incompatible.
  • Jackpot ↔ Spoilsurge: incompatible.
  • Guardian Bond ↔ Sacrificial Pact: mutually exclusive. You protect your pets, or your pets protect you — never both.
  • Loot priority: Essence Conversion → Jackpot → Spoilsurge.

📚 Book & anvil compatibility

  • Custom books only apply to their assigned item type. A helmet-only enchantment cannot be forced onto boots, a Saddle enchantment cannot go on armor, etc.
  • Combined enchanted books are allowed, but they do not bypass compatibility. If a stacked custom book contains even one enchantment that is invalid for the target item, the entire custom-book application is rejected.
  • When the same enchantment could be detected at multiple strengths, the highest effective level wins; weaker copies do not stack a second copy of the effect unless that mechanic explicitly says otherwise.

🐾 Pets, mounts & storage

  • Twin Blessing: the enchanted hoe only needs to be somewhere in hotbar slots 1–9 when the breeding baby is created.
  • Stablemaster / Recall: enchant a Saddle; Horse Armor enchantments such as Warhorse/Surefooted remain separate.
  • Pocket Dimension: storage belongs to the specific chestplate. Upgrading levels expands capacity without intentionally clearing the stored items.
  • Pacifist: protects tamed pets only; wild/passive food animals remain attackable.

📦 What is inside

Tons of Enchantments!© now spans combat, mining, movement, summoning, survival, loot/XP, ranged combat, farming, archaeology, durability, storage detection, true through-terrain highlighting, Elytra flight, saddles/horse armor, pet bonds, potion utility, Pocket Dimension storage, and deliberately dangerous risk/reward enchantments.

Player-first rules

Every card focuses on what item accepts the enchantment, what you need to wear/hold/do, what effect occurs, and any important conflicts or limitations. Custom enchanted books obey their assigned supported-item rules even after books are combined in an anvil.

Boss Drop
How to use it

Wear the boots, jump/fall so you are airborne, then press CTRL. Use Space to fly up and Shift to fly down. Press CTRL again to exit flight.

What it does

Temporarily grants real creative-style flight in Survival. Exiting enters a protected slow descent; fall distance is repeatedly cleared, and landing after the descent grants Regeneration II for exactly 5 seconds.

Boss Drop
How to use it

Use the enchanted pickaxe on any block, including normally unbreakable ones. Hold the mining button as normal.

What it does

Important: Mythic Wither drop. The block still cracks/mines progressively rather than simply disappearing on click.
